Business Support

The Business Support position is responsible to provide administrative, secretarial and office support to the Head of Department and the Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial service and administrative support.

  • Responsible as the department's focal point for any correspondence internally and externally but not limited to Governmental agencies, operators etc.

  • To prepare draft memo and letter correspondences as and when required.

  • To issue correspondence reference number and official letter including letters which require official signatures.

  • Manage and handle all filing through proper recording, monitoring and organizations of incoming and outgoing departmental correspondences.

  • Responsible to dispatch outgoing departmental correspondences to the addressee(s).

  • Assist to organize internal & external meetings, make bookings of meeting venue/room and to send out invitations to participants.

  • To prepare meeting material, other logistical arrangements including F&B as and when necessary.

  • Participate in Departmental events such as monthly cascade, knowledge sharing and etc.

  • Provide support for any departmental /organization wide events and activities.

  • Conduct and compile the department's manhours including annual leaves and medical leave.

  • Perform any other duties as per assigned.

    Requirements

    • Citizen of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.

    • Must have at least HNTec, National Diploma or HND in Business Administration, Business or any relevant qualification from an educational institution accredited by the Government of His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam.

    • Working experience as Business Administration is an added advantage.

    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Programme (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

    • Good written and spoken Malay and English.

    • Able to prioritize and have multitasking skills.

    • Ability to work in a team.

      • Work delivery is of good quality and timely.
