Job Summary
We seek for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Petroleum Authority of Brunei Darussalam team as Business Support. The Business Support position is responsible to provide secretarial, administrative and office support to the Head of Department and to the Department.
Key Responsibilities
Provide secretarial service and administrative support.
Responsible as the department's focal point for any correspondence internally and externally but not limited to Governmental agencies, operators etc.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and compose letters which require official signatures.
Manage and handle all filing through proper recording, mentoring and organizations of incoming and outgoing departmental correspondences.
Responsible to dispatch outgoing departmental correspondences to the addressee (s).
Assist in organizing Compliance Department's internal & external meetings, make bookings of meeting venue/room and sending out invitations to participants.
Prepare meeting material, other logistical arrangements including refreshments as and when necessary/ requested.
Participate in the Departmental monthly cascade, knowledge sharing and etc.
Provide support for any departmental/ organization wide events and activities.
Conduct and compile the department's manhours including annual leaves and medical certificate.

Qualifications & Skills
Citizen of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di- Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
Minimum HNTEc, National Diploma or HND in Business Adminstration, Business or any relevant qualification from and educational institution accredited by the Government of His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam.
Having working experience in Business Administration is an added advantage.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Programme (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Proficient in Malay and English, both orally and in writing.
Able to prioritize and have multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Work delivery is of good quality and timely.
