Job Summary
We seek a dedicated Support (Data Management) to join our Petroleum Authority of Brunei Darussalam team. The Support (Data Management) is responsible not only to maintain, create but also to establish data management frameworks that adhere to data management practices, which includes policies, guidelines and quality assurance, and quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operation in handling data management processes starting from data received until data is available in the system.
Assist in handling data requests covering both internal and external requests.
Assist in managing data storage i.e monitoring space and usage, both digital and physical storage for both internal and external storage.
Able to troubleshoot and deliver solutions related to data issues and/or problem.
Assist in interfacing the system administrator / IT support team for the support and development of the Data Management infrastructure to ensure the stability of relevant system.
Perform other tasks in accordance with data management activities which may be raised from time to time.
Assist in managing administrative budget as required.

Qualifications & Skills
Citizen of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
Minimum HNTEc/ National Diploma in Data Analytic/Information Technology/Computer Studies or equivalent. Having professional certification in related Data Management/Analyst field is an added advantage.
Having working experience in the Oil and Gas industry and experience in delivery of information management project/ data management is an added advantage.
Strong computer literacy with working knowledge of standard office and productivity applications.
Familiar with DAMA (Data Management Life cycle) is an added advantage.
Able to work proactively with minimal supervision, efficient in meeting deadlines while managing multiple data operations without compromising work quality.
