PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM
Brunei Darussalam energy portfolio is growing with a robust pipeline of projects at different levels of maturity. The Petroleum Authority of Brunei Darussalam (PA) is assembling a dedicated, agile Project Management Team (PMT) to oversee the portfolio of both upstream and downstream projects. This is a call to the specialists, from Project Manager to engineers, the strategies, and the executors who thrive on complexity and high-stakes delivery.

PA is establishing a dedicated Project Management Team (PMT) for some of the most significant infrastructure builds for Brunei Darussalam.
The DOCUMENT CONTROLLER is responsible for effective control, distribution, tracking and retention of all projects and corporate documented information. He/she also is responsible to ensure document integrity, traceability, version control and timely availability of information to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all project deliverables are stored in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) at all revisions and in all relevant formats.
Establish, implement and maintain document control processes.
Receive, register, classify and control all incoming and outgoing documents in electronic and hardcopy formats.
Ensure all documents are properly identified, version- controlled, approved, and protected from unintended alteration, loss or unauthorized access.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date document registers, logs, and tracking systems.
Prepare, issue and track document transmittals.
Ensure documents are distributed in accordance with approved distribution matrices.
Control the issuance of documents for review and approval.
Manage the receipt, consolidation, and issuance of design review comments and responses.
Provide regular (daily, weekly and monthly) reports on document status, review progress and outstanding actions.
Ensure proper scanning, filling, archiving and retrieval of documents.
Provide administrative support which includes to arrange meetings as instructed by the Head of Unit and issue-controlled meeting documentation and to record, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings, ensuring approved versions are controlled and archived.
Performed any other work as assigned by the Authority.

Having previous experience in a technical field is an advantage.

Minimum National Diploma in respective areas of expertise or Technician/equivalent with sound knowledge in documentation management.
